Target

I can't remember if it was this location or the one in green. Either way, I forgot pants for a bachelorette trip. I needed something for evening dinner. What am I to do. In a panic I search to see if target does same day delivery. My dignity is saved! I grab the last one in my size. Later I get a message from my deliverer to make sure it's the correct size. Very thoughtful. Very nice. She gets to the place just in time. And is the sweetest girl ever. You know who you are. Wonderful service and communication. I looked cute and felt cute, even though by the end of the day i was done with wearing heels. Thank you again!!!

The manger at the Guest services is very rude. I understand being rude if I was being rude I work with people every day and I understand when people are rude you can be rude back. We heard that they had Needos And I’ve never gotten one before and I wanted to see what all the hype was about my friends wanted some too when we got up there we heard that it was only one per group so I made a joke to my friends. I said screw you guys I’m getting a needo And the manager at the front desk looks at me and does a snarky face and says, “or you don’t have to get any” I understand if I was being rude to the worker, but I was not and it was just very out of line and it was rude to me because I’ve never done anything to this guy. I don’t even know who he is and he wants to act like that to me and I can’t believe that he’s a manager. I understand The whole needo thing is obnoxious because why are people going crazy over them but there’s no need to be rude to anybody unless they’re being rude first.

Shout out to your Team Member, Thomas! Needed something from electronics, no one was there, looked for an employee nearby and spotted Thomas. Without hesitation, he stopped what he was doing (stocking) to assist me. People will read this and think, "that's what he is supposed to do", maybe so. But what brought me here is that Thomas was very kind, helpful, attentive and personable. Retail is hard, especially in today's world we live in. Everyone will have different opinions on what makes a great 'worker' but quickly forgets the most important fact: that everyone we encounter is INDEED a human being! Not a machine, not a genie. North Canton Target, Thomas is a wonderful person, you should be so lucky to have him on your team! Please treat him well!! He is awesome and one of a kind compared to others I've experienced at your store. Thank you, Thomas!!!! You're very much appreciated. Keep going!!! Also, Target, love the new policy/curfew you've put in place. Gotta love summer break in Jackson, all the high schoolers come in and act as if they have zero manners/or respect in the store. Keep up the good work!

Was here for thirty minutes trying to find someone, anyone, to simply unlock a case in the electronics section. I used the store kiosk to call for help. The screen literally said no one was working to help me. Then, while I’m still in the store, I called guest services. The phone rang for 15 minutes straight. No answer. Finally got fed up and go to leave and I see two members of Generation Tide Pod on their phones at guest services, eyes glazed over. And these are the same people who want $20, $25, $30 an hour? To do what? Doomscroll on the clock? No wonder this company is in the shape that it’s in.

Very busy Target but never a bad experience! I’m greeted each time with smiling faces. There’s always carts there when I need them or baskets. The store is always very clean each time I come in along with clean bathrooms. Seems like great management because y’all are doing a great job! Definitely plan to come back again and again.
